Power Hour

POWER-HOUR is the Key to success

This simple yet highly effective fundraising technique is used to put your fundraiser into high gear from the moment the Leader/Coaches says “GO”!

It is an extremely valuable tool that can't be overlooked. The following will provide steps and guidelines to running a successful Power Hour!

Remember nothing happens until you get a date on the calendar so click below to Schedule now!

This should be a mandatory EVENT in person or Virtual like ZOOM with all participants required to attend. (If you can’t get everyone at the same time then select 2 times to make sure EVERYONE is participating) All they need to bring is their phone and a list of 20+ close friends and family that live anywhere in the U.S.  Parents play an important role too, they should be the first to donate and ready to share their personal link via text to friends and co-workers.

Follow these simple  steps

Step 1

Send this text or email to all of your Leaders/Coaches

To our valued Leaders/coaches your leadership is the key to our Power Hour success,  so lead your players by showing your commitment and excitement. This will energize and motivate your teams and their families! Conduct this power hour like you had the chance to become “state champions” in your sport… if everyone gives it their all!

Be the first to donate and to reach out to your own network- Lead by example!

step 2

Coaches/Leaders send Fundraiser Launch message to everyone!

Team

“We are launching our fundraiser and the goal is to make $50,000 in the next hour! Everyone counts so do your part.

Supporters get a $100 hotel voucher and access a full year of savings at over 1,000,000 products and services nationwide…this means you can share this to anyone, regardless of where they live so

LET'S GO!

step 3

 1st Progress Check

 30 minutes in:

Begin to call out each participants name and verify how many donations they have so far. Be enthusiastic and encouraging they need to KNOW this is an ALL-IN fundraiser &  they MUST GET IT DONE! Remember to hold each player accountable for the number they need to reach. Make sure everyone knows the entire team WILL STAY as long as it takes for everyone to do their part!

step 4

 2nd Progress Check

 60 minutes in:

If you reached your goal be sure to congratulate and recognize everyone for their efforts and if anyone has not reached their goal let them know that they are still responsible to do their part because everyone matters. Encourage them to try again for another hour!
