•100% transparency, the coach/director has complete access to the campaign and all transactions are done on a secure server. Enabling them to also keep all participants accountable for their participation.
•Can be shared with anyone nationwide; no more door to door selling. Eliminating the local fundraising fatigue and enabling groups from the same school or area to ALL run this fundraiser.
•Everyone who donates receives a high value digital savings membership that will help them save where they shop, eat, play, or travel for an entire year…literally savings them thousands annually.
•With all fundraisers ALL individual participants will receive credit for their donations when setting up their individual link (takes 30 seconds), enabling groups to allocate funds to each participant if desired.

Here's How it Works:
• We set up custom campaign dashboard for your group. Requires your logo, a high-resolution photo, start date, your fundraising goal, what the funds will be used for, coach or directors’ email and where you want the check mailed to. Recording a quick “We need your help” 30 second video is an easy, terrific way to help grab supporter’s attention, and is added to the fundraising dashboard.
• Not required but recommended: A Power Hour Fundraiser: Coach or director sets a date for each player and their parents to set aside 1 hour or more, many will go longer to make sure they reach their goal…and because the coach can see everything that is or is not happening, they can make certain ALL participants are doing their part! This is a high energy comradery building event!
• Each player creates an account which will be shared with his/her family and friends nationwide. Parents should be the first to offer their support so they can share the link too! Parents earn a $150 Hotel Voucher Bonus for helping their player reach their goal. Parents send players link to co-workers asking them to support their son or daughter and post on all their social media.
• Each participant sends out their campaign link asking for support via text message to family and friends nationwide. Then follows up with a call to make sure they saw the text and let them know that they need their support NOW! Helps if you make this a competition and very important that the coach/coaches all become participants & reach out to family & friends nationwide as well. An email is created to share with players and parents and will have all the information & instructions.
• As a follow up each coach/parent/player can also enter in emails of friends and family using their individual campaign link which will track ALL transactions. Once an email has been sent anyone who has not donated, they will continue to receive up to 4 more emails via our automated system.
• That’s it.
When a person donates, they receive an email with a receipt along with a Member ID that
provides access to over 1 million top tier local & national brands offering discounts of up to 50% off, with unlimited use. Includes a FREE $100 Hotel Voucher to use when booking their hotel through our exclusive hotel portal. If supporters want more of their local favorite once they have the App, they can just go to the Recommend a Retailer button & submit and the marketing department will reach out to the business and ask them to join!
It can be as short as 1 hour or left open for several months, it will depend on the group’s goal & commitment to getting it done!
• One of the best things about this fundraiser is that your supporters will LOVE what they will receive… so much so that they will be happy to share the opportunity with their family and friends! Increasing responses from supporters because of the high value by approx. 54%, this statistic is based on responses to fundraisers with no incentives compared to those that off a high value gift.
• Finally, and this is HUGE…because your supporters love their savings membership, they will renew their donation … and when they renew your group automatically receives the funds (supporters renewal rate approx. 70%) this is because of the high value gift they receive for their support.
• Every supporter who donates is charged a processing fee of $3.00, this does not take away from your funds
• Every donation receives a 1-year membership which costs $10; and includes the licensing fee for all the participating businesses nationwide, the Free Rewards App that is provided to 1 coach/director, the bonus for the coaches of $500 Hotel Voucher and parents $150 Hotel Voucher when the team reaches their goal, and unlimited support throughout the fundraising process.
• If a supporter donates $100 or more there will be an additional 2.9% + .30 cents fee just for those donations to cover the cost of the bank charge and will be accounted for & reflected in the check received.
After the fundraiser is complete you are sent a check on the 15th the following month
